The Two Sergeants Instants Before the Attacker Received Electric Shock

A police sergeant who rushed to the aid of a fellow officer that got attacked by a blade-wielder received the Royal Recognition for Bravery.

Sergeant Tim Ansell struggled against 27-year-old Jacob Brown subsequent to he pressed a blade to the neck of his fellow officer Sgt Marc Foster.

Brown initiated the assault as the officers and their third officer, Police Constable Marcus Wolstencroft, were conversing to a motorist after a road collision in the area in mid-2023.
