Barça revealed they are set to host at the partially upgraded Camp Nou over the weekend. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Basque side in La Liga 30 months following their departure for construction to commence.

Not all seats will be available though over 45,000 attendees will be allowed to watch based on approved permits. When completed, it will accommodate over 104,000 attendees, increasing from the former 99,000. The club said recent additions comprise an updated entryway for the team plus modern locker rooms.

Recent Activities

Barça organized an open training session at the Camp Nou earlier this month. Officials stated they are seeking authorization by UEFA for their upcoming Champions League fixture against Eintracht Frankfurt on 9 December at the stadium. They have been hosting matches in the temporary ground.
